Our organization-wide commitment to quick and complete problem resolution

Customer Elevate is our customer issue escalation and resolution program. It is designed to ensure that if a problem cannot be resolved at the local level it will be elevated within Siemens until you are 100% satisfied.

If you have not received a satisfactory response from your local Siemens Building Technologies office regarding a problem or issue, please reach out to us through the Customer Elevate program.

A Customer Excellence Manager will receive your request and elevate it to the VP-level team member most familiar with your organization. Your VP-level contact will reach out to you directly and see your request through to completion.
