ST 502 - Insight Reports

Overview: Learn how to create multiple reports and how to leverage the data to increase troubleshooting and operational efficiency. This course is comprised of three 90 minute sessions that are taught virtually.

Participants: For users of Insight whose role requires knowledge of the reporting capabilities available at the Insight Workstation.

Objectives: Upon completion of the course, you should be able to:

  • Identify the what, why, where and how of Insight Reports

  • Demonstrate the ability to run the Panel Point Log

  • Demonstrate the ability to use the Insight Report Builder application

  • Demonstrate the ability to run the Panel Point Definition report, the System Activity Log and the Panel Point Usage Report

  • Identify practical applications of retrieved data

  • Demonstrate the ability to run the Panel PPCL report

  • Demonstrate the ability to run the Application Subpoint Display report
