Cyrus Izzo is the Co-President of SH Group, Inc. and of Syska Hennessy Group, Inc. He has over 25 years of management level experience, including extensive involvement in all aspects of major building systems, incorporating a comprehensive approach blending facilities management, MEP/FP design, IT, security and commissioning.

Mr. Izzo joined Syska Hennessy Group in 1993 from Ammann & Whitney, Inc., a renowned AE firm headquartered in New York City. 

Terry Rennaker, a visionary technology executive, directed the successful completion of over $2 billion in projects, including numerous data centers, working with both startup and Fortune 500 companies including Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Microsoft, American Express, EDS, United Healthcare, Sprint, and Boeing. Prior to joining Skanska, Terry was the Director of Mission Critical for CB Richard Ellis. During his tenure, he worked with the RBC leading a team of critical property professionals in Canada and the U.S. He led his project team on the definition, design and construction of a $700 million program, including two new Tier III+ data centers, over $100 million of work in existing facilities and $600 million in new projects. Terry also served on the CBRE Critical Properties Global Knowledge Network team, leading and deploying data center projects globally.
